If you are having difficulty uploading your CV, please firstly check whether you have completed your name and telephone number fields in the Contact Details page, as this is what could be causing the upload failure. Our platform will block CV upload if the above details are missing.
Next, please look at the browser that you are using. We recommend platform users employ either Chrome or Firefox browsers as these have been noted to work most efficiently with our platform. If you are unable to use a different browser, please contact us on Support at hello@beapplied.com
If the above is confirmed and you are still having difficulties then the following may help -
- If you're using a VPN, please disable this and try uploading again
- If the document is open in Word, close Word first before uploading again
- If your CV is a Word document ending in
.doc
, then please save it as.docx
- Try uploading from a different browser or different machine (some organisations security settings might block you to upload any document to the page)
- If uploading a PDF, then make sure it doesn't contain scripting. Read more here.
