It's important to understand where candidates are learning about your vacancy or how they have accessed their application links. The platform holds data about your candidate's route to applying as well as some anonymised key demographics.
To find out where your candidates have been sourced from, simply log into your role and go to the 'Sourcing' tab in 'Manage'. There you'll find two pages dedicated to Sourcing Tools and Data Insights.
The Sourcing Tools page provides a note section where you can add details of prospective candidate leads, there is also an area presenting a record of candidates that have been starred while recruiting for previous roles. Further down the page is the link for the standard application for the role, as well as the specialised 'Quick Apply' link. (Quick Apply is the feature where you can fast-track a candidate to the interview stage of the pipeline.)
You also have the option to invite candidates in bulk batches on this page, by using the feature at the bottom, here too .csv files or candidate email addresses can also be uploaded, giving job admins even more opportunities to attract a higher volume of better quality candidates.
Key areas of the Data & Insights page include the source breakdown chart which tells you a total of how many candidates applied from different websites like LinkedIn or Indeed, along with the figures for direct applications.
There is then a chart detailing candidate performance, where average assessment scores are collated for each sourcing route.
Finally by scrolling down to the bottom of this page, you can access the full, anonymised diversity and equality data held for the role. Remember that to maintain anonymity data groupings are only presented when there have been 5+ candidates responding to the equality and diversity questions on the role.
