Keeping your Career Page up to date is helpful for attracting top talent and providing potential candidates with an accurate overview of your organisation. It offers a concise source of information for your Job Descriptions so can save time when listing your open vacancies on your website, as well as helping to increase your conversion figures.
There is a small additional set-up cost but the Career Page will then be available for the rest of your subscription with Applied. If you'd like to discuss activation of this feature, just reach out to your Customer Success Manager or the Support team.
Accessing your Career Page:
- From your dashboard, navigate to the three dots at the top right of the page, next to your name
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu
- Go to the "Organisation Account" tab
- Scroll past your organisation profile and the equal opportunity statement sections
- Find the third tab down, labelled "Career Page"
Note: If the "Career Page" tab is not visible and you expect it to be, it may need to be built by the tech team, just contact the Support team at hello@beapplied.com for assistance.
Building/editing your Career Page:
- Click on the "Manage" button
- Add or update your tagline (max. 250 characters) and provide a summary of your company (max. 2500 characters) for potential candidates
- Select from the checklist of ‘Perks and Benefits’ that apply to your organisation
- This list can’t be edited/added to, but if you notice a benefit that applies to your employees that isn’t available yet, let us know and we’ll feedback to the team for future page improvements. In the short term, you can add these additional perks to your job description or the additional details sections of Job Basics.
- You can change and update your information on this page at any time.
- Link to external pages that could be relevant to candidates, such as key pages on your website, in the company description section.
Advantages that having a Career Page will bring to your roles
Candidates will see:
- Perks and Benefits offered by your organisation: these will be listed automatically against all of your current and future individual job openings on Applied.
- A navigation route to your Career Page to allow candidates to read more about your organisation and see all jobs currently being advertised on your account.
Sections your Career Page highlights:
- About Us: A summary of your organisation
- Perks and Benefits: Highlights of what you offer employees
- Job Openings: Current positions available on your platform
- Summary of the Applied Platform: Information about your hiring process
By sharing your Career Page
You can:
- enable candidates to navigate easily to your Career Page information at any time. You'll also be able to track where your candidates apply from.
- copy the url link to the Career Page and share this on your website or other sites. The Career Page automatically updates with all new roles you launch live on Applied, which means you’ll no longer need to manually update your website with each new role launched. This helps save you time.
Getting Technical
The Career Page we’ve built here allows for easy plug and play. You can use this straight away and doesn't require any additional technical knowledge from you or your team.
We also have options for Career Page integration to your website via the use of API's.
