Occasionally your organisation may wish to recruit internally for a new role. We have an 'Internal Only' feature that enables you to set a role as live, without making it visible to outside applicants.
This ensures that only applicants within an organisation, or only those who are specifically given the candidate link may apply to the role.
How do I set a role for internal only visibility?
Go to the 'Build' section of your role and in 'Job Settings' toggle on the 'Internal Only' option which is located at the top of the page. This prevents the role details from being visible to any outside jobs boards.
How can an applicant apply for an internal role?
The role details will still be collected and linked to your internal jobs area if you have one, where internal applicants can apply as normal. Alternatively if your organisation doesn't have an intranet or internal job area, you can share the candidate link internally via email for example.
As long as a candidate has the candidate link, they will be able to apply to the role.
Where can I find the candidate link?
The candidate link is found by following this pathway -
- Go to the 'Build' section of the role.
- Click onto the 'Launch Checklist' page.
- Scroll to the bottom of this page.
- Click into 'Candidate Link'
Please note that in order for applications to be accepted, the role must still be set to live.
