Occasionally it might be necessary to edit an Admin question, if for example the wrong answer has been highlighted as a 'dealbreaker'.
Here is an example of this in action on a role:
Q - Do you hold a current, clean driving license?
Answers could be
- Yes
or
- No
In this case the Hiring Team may wish to choose the answer 'No' as an eligibility focus, which then highlights a warning to the candidate if it is chosen. If the team accidentally choose the wrong answer to highlight and then wish to change this after the role has been made live, this can be done by:
-Placing the role into 'Draft' by clicking the button on the top right of the Admin Questions page in 'Build'
- selecting the new dealbreaker option (in this case 'No')
- de-selecting the original 'Yes' answer
- saving this change by clicking 'Update' at the bottom of the page
- republishing the the role by clicking on the button at the top of the page
