This is what the Manage page looks like when it first opens:
The admin user can see the job title and the organisations name in the top left. In the top right is the closing date for the job (in this case there is no closing date for applications). In the main part of the page is a list of all candidates who have applied to the job. It shows the date they submitted their application, their score on an initial test (optional) and their scores from the main blind review sift. Not all the reviews for this job are completed yet, so there are some actions an admin user can take.
Send candidates to Blind Review
Select checkboxes for the candidates you'd like to blind review then click on the drop-down in the top right to select the blind review action. Once the modal opens, select the number of times you'd like each answer to be reviewed (we recommend 3+) and add reviewers to assign the answers to. Click the big orange button to send to review!
Check up on reviewer progress
This one's easy. Click "Review progress" in the top right of the screen. The window will display how far each reviewer is through their answers.
To email candidates without rejecting them, start by highlighting the relevant candidate(s) by ticking the box on their row. Next, select "Email candidates" from the menu in the top right. A template will appear but will need to be filled in. Just remember to be nice!
Reject a candidate
To reject a candidate, simply highlight their application by ticking the box and select "Reject and send feedback" from the menu in the top right. A template email will be available to send. If you're happy with this email, simply select a reason for rejection at the bottom of the modal.
View rejected and incomplete applications
To view unsuccessful candidates or applications that have not yet been submitted, check the tick boxes in the top left of the screen. These usually appear below the candidates that remain in the process.
View Candidate Details
To view a specific candidate's application, start by changing the view by selecting the identity tab. Find the candidate you'd like to view and click the "View" button in the application column.
To invite a candidate to interview, view current interview slots or add interviews, start by selecting the relevant candidate by checking the tick box on their application row. Then select "Invite to interview" from the dropdown menu in the top right.
In the modal that appears, you can:
- View current interviews
- Send interview invites to the selected candidates
- Manage open interview slots by selecting the "manage" button
Other Manage Options
You can also do the following from the Manage page:
- Invite potential candidates to apply to the role by selecting "Invite applicants" from the top menu. You can either do this by typing the person's details or uploading the data in CSV format.
- View the interview schedule including empty and taken interview slots by clicking "Interview schedule" in the top menu. You can also add and remove interview slots in this view.
