Yes! We have a question library (QL), which is a bank of hundreds of questions you can use to create roles on Applied. The questions can be used for many different roles and skill sets.
Writing great questions is hard. The QL should help you:
- Build roles quickly
- Get inspiration for questions that you can tailor more specifically for your roles
We have distinct QLs for Eligibility Questions, Multiple Choice Questions, Sift Questions and for Interview Questions.
How do I add/ search for questions?
When you are building a role and you add Sift questions as an option in your job settings, you can create Sift Questions from scratch or choose to add from the library.
If you click on the option to add from the library, you will be taken directly to the Question Library page, where you can search using key words and phrases, then filter and sort results by choosing the options on the top right of the page.
On the left hand side of this page, you can see the Library 'Source' area. Here you can create folders to organise your questions for example, into relevant skill groups, or role titles. You could even create folders for different departments within your organisation.
Once you have located a question that you would like to use, simply 'Add to role'
Can I edit a question from the Question Library?
One a question has been added to your role from the library, go back into the Sift question area on your role, go into the new question and make any amendments that you require - always ensure that the associated skills are chosen and that you have checked the review guide for relevance. Then simply go to the bottom of the page and click on 'Save as new and add to role'
Can I add questions to the question library?
Whenever you create a new question on Applied, your question is automatically added to your organisation's personal Question Library, to be used again in the future.
