At this point of the hiring process you'll shortlist candidates in a totally different way.
Instead of looking at CVs, you and the rest of the hiring team will go through the debiased review of short-answers given by candidates at their application stage (click here to learn more about these assessments). After you've done this review, you can then shortlist candidates in an objective and anonymous way. This process is what we call Applied's Signature Sift.
By only reviewing the short-answers given by candidates, hiring teams can focus on the quality of answers without being distracted by candidates names, or where they went to school. This makes hiring through Applied more predictive of success in the role, and less susceptible to unconscious bias.
