All the eligibility, multiple choice, sift and structured interview questions that you create will automatically be added to your organisational question libraries. These libraries will save you time while building new roles and will also help you to be consistent accross jobs.
When you add a question from the library you will notice that the original question is not editable.
Why questions from your library aren't editable?
Edits could invalidate existing answers and the data that you use for understanding your recruiting process.
If you would like to use a question from the library and make some changes to it, you can do the following (the images below are an example from the 'eligibility questions' library):
1. Go to the section of the role builder for which you want to add/edit questions (i.e. eligibility questions, assessments which include sift, multiple choice or interviews), and look for the 'add questions from library' button.
2. Once in the library, and after selecting the question you want to add, click on 'create a copy' button at the top right side of the question.
3. From the list of questions, delete the original question (the grey one which is not editable)
4. Make the necessary changes on the copy. You can also give it a new name so next time you can find this new, modified question from the library under another name like 'Eligibility to work- New version'.
