You can add candidates manually to each interview slot if you already know their preferences (perhaps you got this information outside our platform, e.g. by phoning them, one by one).
Notes: Before adding candidates, make sure that you have created the interview time slots properly (click here to learn how to create these slots).
In this case, just click on each time slot's 'add' candidate button and select a candidate from the available list (candidates rejected in previous stages won't appear in this list).
Note that in this case, candidates won't get a confirmation email automatically by the platform so you need to notify them directly.
After you've added candidates manually, you can then add the hiring team that will participate in each interview (click here to learn how to send interview links to the hiring team).
