You can check who meets eligibility criteria and use this information as an input for the first sift, before checking candidates test scores or allocating applications to reviewers.
These are the steps that you can follow:
- Go to the candidate management page.
- Click on the button “columns”.
- Tick the box “admin questions”.
4. Click on the arrow near the admin question, upwards or downwards, depending on how you need to sort the candidates.
