At Applied we really care about candidate feedback. Which is why we have made it a quick and simple process for you to provide feedback, to both your successful and unsuccessful candidates.
Giving candidates feedback lets them know -
-
that their application was reviewed and that they didn’t waste their time applying
-
what they can change for the future to be more successful when applying
-
that your company cares about their application experience
What does candidate feedback look like?
There are two parts to the feedback we provide:
- A skills spider graph
The specific skills identified in your role will be listed on each axis. The candidate will see how they performed on that skill, in comparison to the average score and the highest score recorded.
When and how do candidates receive feedback?
Unsuccessful candidates receive a link to obtain their feedback report, when the standard rejection email that is sent out to them as part of your selection process.
If a successful candidate requests to see their feedback, you as the Admin can access that at any time, by going into their candidate details on the ‘candidate management’ page and clicking on the feedback icon next to their name as shown here:
Once the feedback report has loaded, you can simply copy the url link in the page address bar and paste it into a separate email to your successful candidate.
Admins can access feedback on any of the reviewed or interviewed candidates, by logging into the role and accessing the candidate details in the candidate management page as above.
