How to set dealbreaker eligibility questions

You may use eligibility questions to identify which candidates may not be eligible for the job. 

• If candidates select an answer that is set as a dealbreaker, then a message will be shown to the candidate during their application to manage  expectations. 
• Candidates who submit an application with dealbreaker answers will be flagged in your candidate management list for easy identification and filtering. 

This is how you can set dealbreaker questions: 

1. Go to Admin questions 
2. Go to the 'question editor' for the question you want to set as a dealbreaker.
3. Select the answer that will flag the candidate as ineligible and save.

This will put a flag “eligibility” next to the question’s title once you are on the list of admin questions: 

Once the applications are submitted, you can filter by eligibility in the candidate management page.
