How to invite past candidates to apply for a role

1. Tag candidates that you identify as high scorers or that you might want to invite in the future. 

2. Go to "Sourcing" tab in the role for which you want to invite candidates.

3. Scroll down to "Invite past candidates". 

4. Choose the roles that you want to source from. 

5. Select the tags that you find relevant.

6. Send candidates an email inviting to apply for the role.
