How to reassign sift answers to a different reviewer

Sometimes you assign answers to review but due to unexpected circumstances you need to re-assign those to a different reviewer that you just brought in .  

1. Add the new reviewer to the hiring team. You can do this:

- via the "Hiring team"  section under the "Build" area

or

- "Add a reviewer" under "Review progress"(please see screenshot):

2. Go to the "transfer reviews" button next to the answers you want to re-assign. 

3. Choose the "new" reviewer that is to receive these answers and click "try reallocating".
