On occasion you may be contacted by candidates, wanting to replace the CV that they have uploaded. This could be because they uploaded an outdated version or there was an error on the original.
Replacing a CV is possible even after the application was submitted. First, save the file in your documents, making sure that it is in a pdf or docx format. After that, follow these steps:
- Find the candidate's profile in the candidate management page and open the application page.
- Go to "Replace candidate CV" and "choose file". Select the file and click "upload". This might take a few seconds but if successful a green message pops up informing you have been successful.
