Quick-apply is a useful tool when you want to select candidates to bypass the sift process.
It enables particular candidates to go straight to interview.
Steps to invite candidates to Quick-apply:
- Go to the “Sourcing” tab and, under Sourcing Tools, scroll down to the "Quick-apply job link" section.
2. The "Company/Recruiter name" name section as shown above can be used when generating your Quick-apply link to help identify from where specific Candidates are coming. For example, you may be working with a specific recruiter who will invite candidates on your behalf or, maybe you want to invite some candidates you met at a networking event.
3. Alternatively, if you as Admin have the option to invite candidates in bulk as well:
Here you can either enter the details manually as shown in the example, or you can upload a formatted CSV file with the details. These candidates will receive a pre-filled application in their inbox that includes the details you filled on their behalf.
Once candidates receive their application links, they can check and complete any details required and then submit. Submitted applications will go straight to the 'Interview and Tasks' area of your pipeline, ready for you to invite to interview.
