If you need to re-open and re-set a candidate's test timer, simply follow these steps:
- Go into the relevant role
- Locate the Candidate's application form in the 'Manage' area of the role.
- Click into the candidate record (as shown below)
Doing so will enable a 'Blue Banner' to pop up at the bottom of the page like so -
4. Next click onto the Clock icon as circled
When you have done this, you will be shown the following success message box -
That's it! You will then be able to contact the candidate and advise them that they can begin their timed test again.
