Occasionally you could be contacted by a candidate who may require more time to be added to their Mapped test timer.
This is a simple action and can be done in the following way:
- Go to the role in question
- Click into the 'manage' area of the role
- Using the candidate's name or email address, search for their candidate record in the search box in the 'All Candidate's tab (As shown below)
Once the candidate record has been located, click into the person icon for that candidate
This will take you straight to a small option menu. From here click on the 'Application Page' clickable button (shown below on the left)
This takes you straight through to the Admin Summary Page of the application. You will notice on the right hand side of the page there are fields for replacing CV's and updating the Test Timer. If you click onto the circled chevron below Test Timer, you will be given 3 timer options of standard, 25% extra and 40% extra.
Here you can choose the requisite time extension for your candidate's needs. If your candidate requires extra time outside of these options, please contact us on the Support team by emailing hello@beapplied.com and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
