Scheduling Interviews - emails to job admins or hiring teams |
To users who book slots using Applied’s scheduling assistant (automatic) |
-Sent to users who use the magic link assistant. They can get emails indicating they successfully booked the time slots, or emails indicating that there was an error so they can make the changes. Interviewers added to the time slots don’t get any extra emails besides the usual calendar event sent via the workplace calendar. |
To interviewers assigned to interview slot via Applied (job admin can decide to send this email or not) |
-Interviewers receive email with candidate name, access to their interview scoring link and the location details. |

To interviewers when job admin changes or deletes slots (job admin can decide to send or not this email)

-To the interviewer if the job admin selects the 'delete and send' option to the `Would you like to send an automatic email to the candidate letting them know?” question. Or -To the interviewer when a job admin removes the interviewer from a specific slot and ticks the box next to 'Update interviewers by email'. |

Emails associated with candidates withdrawing an application |
-Interviewers get an email with this notification and the empty slots that are now available when a candidate who had already booked a slot withdraws their application from their application dashboard.

-At 9 AM GMT, interviewers get a summary email of the candidates that they need to interview in the next 24 hours. They can access their personal scoring links from this email. |

Scheduling Interviews - emails to candidates |
Invitation to interview and book a slot (job admin can see and decide the content of the message) |
-Sent to candidates invited by the job admin via the candidate list of a role. In this email, candidates can go to a link where they can book a slot on a first come first served basis. |
Confirmation of the interview (it’s an automatic email) |
-Sent to candidates when: 1) they select and confirm a time slot from the availability shared by the hiring team via the invitation to interview email, 2) job admin adds the candidate manually to a time slot through Applied’s schedule page and job admins decide to notify them. The information that candidates see is the name of the role, interview and location. |

- To the candidate and/or interviewer when the job admin removes the interview slot from the interview schedule and decides to notify them before removing the slot. |
