From your main page in the Applied dashboard you will see each of your roles as a "job card" which will allow you to see at a glance how roles are progressing and help you prioritise where to spend your time.
Here are the icons expanded and explanations -
The ‘candidate waiting’ icon seen on the Product Designer job card above, tells us that there are 34 new applications requiring your attention.
Tip: In order to deliver a positive candidate experience, you should aim to reduce this number to zero at your earliest convenience (or communicate with candidates to explain why they must wait - to allow you to collect enough applications to benefit from anonymisation and randomisation, for example).
The ‘anonymous review’ icon displays the number of candidates whose applications (sift or CV) are being reviewed by your team , in this case none (denoted by the -)
The ‘interviews and tasks’ icon indicates how many candidates have progressed beyond the initial sift stage to either interview or an additional task, in this case none.
The ‘rejected’ icon tells us how many candidates have been rejected, in this case none.
The ‘hired’ icon tells us how many candidates have been hired for this role, in this case none.
The icons will change from grey to blue when candidates are in that stage. As a rule, you should aim to shepherd the blue from left to right until you achieve the combination seen on the Data Scientist job card above. This state communicates that all candidates have been processed, that you have made a successful hire and that the role is now complete.
Admins and Hiring Managers can access the role and manage candidates in the same way as before by clicking onto the job card and going into either ‘Build’ or ‘Manage’.
