On occasion you may be contacted by candidates, wanting to replace the CV that they have uploaded. This could be because they uploaded an outdated version or there was an error on the original.
Replacing a CV is possible even after the application was submitted. First, save the file in your documents, making sure that it is in a pdf or docx format. After that, follow these steps:
- Find the candidate's record in the candidate management page, click onto the word 'profile' and then click the button 'Application Page' to actually open the application page.
- Next go to 'Replace candidate CV' and click 'choose file'. Select the file from your device or network and then 'upload'. This might take a few seconds but if successful a green message pops up informing you have been successful as shown below
Once you refresh this page the CV view button will become active and you can view / download a copy of the CV if needed at any point, by clicking on this button here -
