As the interview notes are only for internal use, we've created a feature that would allow your team to provide personal feedback on each interview round.
In order to write personal feedback to the candidates on their interview performance, the compiler has access to all the scores and notes from all interviewers. Then the written feedback that the compiler writes will be listed in the candidates' feedback page/link.
A selected member of your hiring team would get an additional link to each interview that list all the interviewers' scores and comments as well.
1. Click on interview calendar.
2. Click “Add interview slot”. This opens a box where you can input interview details such as date and time, who is the candidate being interviewed, who are the interviewers, etc.
3. If you are the feedback editor/compiler, you will receive a separate link to do this. If you are an interviewer as well as feedback editor for a candidate, you can access the feedback editor through the interview flow as shown below, once you’ve completed adding your individual scores for the interview (note: you also receive the link via email):
4. You can write the feedback in the box and save it. This won’t send an automatic email to the candidate (you still need to reject the candidate on the “Manage” page).
Handy tip about assigning feedback editors:
If you experience difficulties finding the interview slot for which you want to assign a feedback editor, this can be useful. When you click on the box that shows “week” and select “schedule”, it presents an overview of the scheduled interviews. It also allows to “edit slot” if you need to modify the information.
