Candidates who make it to interview can have different statuses. With these statuses, hiring teams can easily understand each candidate's progress and identify what needs attention.
In each job's candidate list, and for each of the columns that represent an interview round you manage via Applied, you can find the following statuses:
Added
Candidates are assigned this status after being moved to an interview round without scheduling through Applied. This candidate is now attached to this round to help you track role progress and candidate status and organise your hiring in one place, even if scheduling takes place outside Applied.
This article explains how to move candidates to an interview
Invited
This status represents candidates who have been sent interview invitations with open slots to choose from, using Applied's scheduling tools. Candidates will keep the status 'invited' until they have selected a final date/time.
Booked
This status represents candidates who pick an interview slot with a specific date/time, through Applied's scheduling link. When they book a slot, candidates are sent a confirmation email that gives them the interview details. Your hiring team gets a notification, and the platform updates the candidate's information to save their new time slot.
In progress status, represented with grey score towers
When you see the grey score towers for a particular candidate, it means that interviewers have opened the interview scorecards and they have started scoring that candidate.
Complete interview, represented with all interview scores
Once completed, score towers will fill the candidate's column under the appropriate interview round. You'll see the average score that the candidate got on that interview round and the individual scores given by the interview panel on each question.
If you click on the scores, a new tab will open, and you'll see the application summary, with all the scores and notes written by the interview panel.
