What do interviewers see on their interview scorecards?
When setting up your interviews, you have the option to name the interview round, add questions (title, review guides, skills attached), and instructions to the hiring team for the interview. All of this can be set up and decided in your Builder section of the app. Below, you will see what interviewers will see depending on what you add and when. Everything is shown on the scorecard, which can be opened by the interviewers at any time before or during the interview. All notes* and scores are saved automatically. They can also go back and forth between the scorecard where they can take notes and score, and the interview information and instructions provided by you and your team.
What can interviewers do on their scorecards and how?
Interviewers added to an interview slot will be able to access their interview scorecards for each candidate via their email notifications (which they receive when added to the interview panel) or via their My Tasks page when they log into the Applied platform.
Once opened, the interviewers will see the candidate's information, interview details + panel members, any candidate info that the admins have toggled on for panel members to see, any questions added to interview scorecard (including review guides and skills), and instructions for conducting the interview.
Clicking "Open my scorecard" will open the actual scorecard that can be accessed before/during/after interviews. Here, interviewers can take notes (saved automatically), read through review guides, and score on a 1-5 star rating. Once done, they can submit their scorecards so admins can review.
* Only Admins can see your interview notes.. Candidates do not see the notes taken by the interviewers on the scorecard UNLESS they request a full review of their hiring process (per GDPR guidelines) in which case these would be required to be included.
