You can add all the necessary questions to each interview round. Just remember that interviews are stressful enough, so questions shouldn't be designed to catch candidates out. Focus on the skills being assessed, and continue practising the hallmarks of a good assessment.
Adding interview questions
To add questions, click on each interview round or type you've created and then click on the 'add/edit questions' button. Once you're there you can add questions from scratch or from your Question library.
Editing interview questions
Once you start editing the interview questions, you'll see their template is equal to the one use for Sift questions. This template asks you to a. add a title; b. tag skills; c. provide the text for the question, and analyse it with our gender balance and reading burden tools; and, d. add a Review Guide.
Compared with Sift Questions or Multiple-Choice Questions, you can edit these interview questions even after sending an invitation to candidates.
