Why am I seeing this error?
Every file that gets uploaded to our system needs to be scanned for potential security threats. We scan all of the file formats we accept to detect anything that could be malicious.
When we scan a file there is no easy way for us to determine if the scripting we find in a file is malicious or not (files such as PDFs might have script in them to help with tracking or some other purpose) but that code is executed whenever the file is opened and is generally viewed as a security risk. And so in all cases where we find executable code in a file we block the upload.
What can I do about it?

- Choose File > Print
- Click the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF.
