Whether you're seeking a software engineer, marketing manager, or customer service representative, this feature adapts to the specific requirements of the position.

- Efficiency: save time and effort by automating the process of writing work samples and interview questions. Our AI analyses the job title, role seniority, job description and required skills to quickly generate relevant template questions.
- Relevance: personalisation ensures that candidates work through questions that directly relate to the skills needed for the role, enhancing the relevance of the assessment process.
- Engaging hiring process: provide candidates with a glimpse into the role's responsibilities and expectations through specific work samples and interview questions, making the hiring process more engaging and helping the team make the best hire.
How it works:
- Set up your role as usual: input the job title, seniority level, job description and required skills.
- Let the AI Assistant create questions: head to the 'Sift' or 'Interview' questions tab in role builder. Select 'Create from scratch' and then click on the 'Open AI generator' text. Our AI algorithms will analyse the information already added to the builder to understand the nuances of the role and its requirements. Based on the analysis, the system generates a set of 5 work sample or interview questions tailored to your specific role. Regenerate anytime to bring up additional templates.
- Review and customise: review the question templates and customise further to align with your hiring process and company culture, and add to your role.
Review guides with AI:
In addition to generating Work Sample and interview questions, our AI Assistant feature also supports the building of review guides. Whether the questions are AI-generated or written by you and your team, our system analyses them to generate comprehensive review guides to help your hiring teams assess candidates effectively.
